Our vision is - Communications Plus … “Developing Leaders who Inspire Personal & Professional Fulfilment in others” … We have had the privilege of watching people grow and develop, becoming successful Leaders throughout New Zealand – we’re very proud of them all.

In 2007 we bought a boutique Bed & Breakfast Hotel in Parnell “Chalet Chevron” and live and run CPL from there … We have a wonderful Team both at CPL and the Hotel, people we love, respect and trust.

We enjoy and are grateful for our lifestyle, heading away every 2-3 months for a week or more, visiting family in Australia (I have 3 grandsons now) and exploring our amazing planet.

Lots of people want to know how to make change happen in their lives, but many fail and there is a reason for this.

Most people start by reading and gathering information and may even attend a short course. This gives them a ‘high’ temporarily, but the permanent changes they’re really seeking will only come about by being willing to change, and adopting sustainable new behaviours; and this will only happen through long-term development programmes, and this is what we’re all about providing via our NLP Training programmes.

Now, at 58, I look back and see the exciting and interesting journey I’ve had during that time, the culmination of thirty years of training and development – of finding ways to make lasting change happen, and the willingness to make changes in myself.
