Sheree has been working in the area of personal development for 16 years having spent many years on her own healing journey and the past 6 years working to help others heal from their own personal wounds. 

She is a 36 year old independant parent with a 3 year old boy called Braydon. Sheree has weathered many hurts in her past and has suffered at the hands of sexual abuse and rape. She has also been through a traumatic separation, suffered depression and been addicted to drugs and alcohol. 

Once on her path she realised that the love she was searching for outside of herself was always present and now lives a life of truth and integrity. Sheree has a burning desire to make a difference in this world by helping others to find their way home, to see the light that burns within them and finally help them take the lampshade off. 

She is particularly passionate about working with women and teenage girls. Sheree qualified as a Journey Practitioner www.thejourney.com 3 years ago and completed Mastery University with Anthony Robbins so has experience in areas such as health and the mind/body connection. She is a also a life coach and facilitates workshops and retreats.
