Connect is a community charity that offers mental health support to individuals and organisations. Our mission is to build mentally healthy communities, equipping people with the skills and tools to manage their wellness and wellbeing.
We provide 'Unstress' courses within workplaces and community settings, as well as offering individual and group therapy and support. The bulk of our services are funded by government agencies, but we are building entrepreneurial opportunities to allow us to fund necessary community services.
