Our middle years tend to creep up and take us all by surprise. Feelings of boredom, restlessness or detachment are common. Two women I have met recently are experiencing midlife issues in very different ways. One was heading off for her first bungee jump. Although a little scared, she was also very excited and enthusiastic about her adventure. Bursting with expectation, she reminded me of my daughter going to her first ball.
