I find that when sorting their wardrobes, one aspect women often fail to consider is proportion. You know the one – you love something, you try it on, you smooth it down, you ruffle it, try it with different items ... but still it just isn’t working! Often this is because the proportions are all wrong.

Lately, I’ve been hearing a lot about the stress of getting dressed each morning. Well, we’ve all done it... You go to get ready for your day, evening, or special event and everything that could go wrong does go wrong! The dress you reach for has a ripped hem. "Oh, that’s right! I was going to fix that!" you say out loud to yourself. You reach for a smart looking pant, slip it on and it’s too tight in the waist. "How did that happen?" you say. Your frustration and disappointment in yourself start climbing, rapidly. The next item you pull from your wardrobe is a pretty blouse. "I’m sure I must have something to go with this," you say. After ten minutes of pulling things out, trying things on, tossing them on the bed or floor, you give up on the blouse. So you go out not feeling quite right about things, and your realise - you’re desperate! Read the article...

I simply hate shopping for swim suits. You can gaurantee the year the bottom falls out of mine – there are no swim suits to suit me in the retail stores. Being a size 18 is an extra challenge. Manufacturers seem to think size 18 means big breasted and design their swim suits accordingly. Does it never occur to them that some of us are curvacious all the way down??
